All posted vacancies are essentially based from our office in Eastleigh near Southampton, but we also consider flexible home working opportunities for sales and support positions.

Current Vacancies

Sales Professionals:
An OTE remuneration package of circa £50k to £70k (uncapped) plus a car allowance

We are growing our solution sales team to accelerate our ambitious growth plans, targeting the supply of network communication services to businesses that operate multiple sites across the UK. With a unique and comprehensive products and services portfolio, there are great opportunities for sales and new business development.

We are looking for talented, enthusiastic sales people who are driven to succeed, thrive on the thrill of identifying opportunities and delivering sales, and who share our passion for innovative technology solutions for business environments everywhere. Candidates should have a minimum 2 years sales experience with a proven performance track record, preferably within ICT and telecommunications marketplace, or specifically working with appropriate commercial market sectors. Some technical aptitude is desirable and full initial and ongoing training will be provided.

Customer Services Engineer
Salary from £15.5k to £21.6k per annum (plus participation in companywide bonus scheme)

Primary focus is on daily support of new business installations and fault handling resolution interacting with customers over the phone, email and through our unique ticketing system. We would expect at minimum of two years technical experience preferably in the telecommunications or a related industry and some experience of dealing directly with customers - likely to be in some form of help desk.

Customer Services Advisor
Salary from £14.5k to £16.5k

Primary focus is the help desk communication with new and existing Europacom customers. Accountable for telephone and ticket response, provisioning of new orders and carrying out first line customer support, including the use of on line diagnostic tools. Confident proactive individuals are sought and those with call centre experience working in a small team, especially in the telecoms area is an advantage.
