Email Connection Details

These instructions are for those who wish to access their email using an email client application running on their own PC, such as Microsoft Mail, Microsoft Outlook, or Evolution.

Your outgoing mail server is: mail.tcp.co.uk, port 25

This does not require authentication, but you must be connected directly to an Europacom network to send mail; you cannot be connected to a network not owned and managed by us. This restriction is a preventative measure against SPAM and other network abuse, and is common throughout the industry.

You incoming mail server is: popmail.tcp.co.uk, port 110

This server does require authentication but you can download your mail from any network. You will need to know your username and password, and your local email address, for example:
