Lower cost line rental and calls
As the world more and more turns to IP, underlying PSTN telephony services still run many of the connectivity “train tracks” around the world and having a reliable supplier will be key to keeping them running smoothly.

Whilst BT may provide the infrastructure backbone, regulatory agreements have allowed third parties to manage lines on the same equivalence to BT’s own retail operations.  In reality, dealing with a smaller organisation such as Europacom means that you are likely to experience an improved level of service as we are able to provide focus on supporting any issue you may have.

PSTN or Fixed line services that we can support are as follows:
  • PSTN connectivity for Analogue (Single and Multiline) and Digital lines (ISDN2 and ISDN 30 lines)
  • Carrier Pre Selection (CPS) for low cost PSTN calls
  • Non Geographic numbers giving businesses a national presence, whether this be for convenient access to sales lines using a freephone number, or for attracting call revenue share for lines used for support and service
You can transfer existing line rental and calls to Europacom in a seamless process that does not involve specialist equipment such as routers or any disruption to your service.

Lines are transferred under a process known as Wholesale Line Rental (WLR).  Calls made from Europacom lines are seamlessly re-routed to an alternative carrier to BT through a process called Carrier Pre Selection (CPS) within the re-routing intelligence of the BT host network, Therefore there is no need for a router to be installed or an indirect access call prefix to re-route the calls.
