Seamless transition and integration

When you make a decision to move supplier, we recognise it's not simply a case of your evaluating the commercial opportunity and pushing the button to go ahead. You must be confident that any transition is going to be as seamless as possible, with as little, if any, disruption to your business. The first thing we will do is to verify your inventory and requirements.

ATLAS, our proprietary web based customer management system contains records all of your services and hardware and allows you to place orders, check inventory, monitor services, report faults and address and issues through a fully trackable ticketing system.

Additionally, we utilise a service called CWMP (Customer premises equipment Wide Area Network Management Protocol). This means that we store and manage all your site's details and configuration settings centrally and deliver and manage all changes remotely.

These services are bought together as part of INMS - our Intelligent Network Management System - we are not simply just a service integrator, we have developed a highly advanced proposition that assists in the remote management of all your sites.

Furthermore, we offer full LAN/WAN harmonisation - we go beyond simply the delivery of a circuit to an NTE, managing control of the quality of services over your LAN.

We will work with you to make the transition process easy, drawing up the necessary project plans so that responsibilities are well defined and any burden on your business is minimised. We have many years experience of bulk moves, in cases sometimes of over 1,000 sites at a time, and processes are in place to migrate and provision new services seamlessly.

It’s all about service integration using the network as the integration engine.

We will take you from where you are today to where you want to be, quickly, smoothly and with the minimum of disturbance to your business. We will ensure that your personnel are trained on any new products, services and processes so that you rapidly get the benefit following a smooth transition.

• Equipment deployed to the field automatically takes its settings from the network when it is plugged in, making deployment of new and replacement equipment rapid.

• Equipment can be remotely and proactively managed to ensure optimal service.

• Agreed configuration templates ensure that you are in control of the services that you want in each of your sites and changes can be done remotely without the need for costly engineer site visits.

• If settings are changed locally, such as wireless permissions, the original configuration automatically self heals thereby preserving security integrity and making PCI DSS accreditation so much stronger.
