DIRECTORS AND SENIOR MANAGEMENT

David Bongard - Managing Director
David is a highly experienced business manager and pioneer in the field of telecoms services stretching back to the early early 90's. He is a specialist at conceptualising non-telco reselling models and the inception of business schemes for streamlining comms services fulfilment and remote site management. More latterly he has been responsible for developing convergence models for voice and data over IP Managed Network Services (IP MNS) and the integration of ISP and Telco services as a new breed CSP (Communications Service Provider). David bought into Europacom in 2000 and has been instrumental in its growth to one of the leading IP Managed services companies for the retail and hospitality sectors in the UK.

Matthew Gimlette - Commercial Director
After an initial period in the British forces, Matthew joined the mobile phone industry at its launch in 1985 and since then has held senior roles in the mobile, fixed line and internet and broadcast service industries. Matthew has worked both in the UK and in International roles with Millicom, Vodafone, World Telecom, News Digital Systems and Project Telecom. Prior to joining Europacom in January 2010, Matthew successfully exited another successful reseller that he had spent 5 years building up.

John Pressey - IT Director
John has had more than 20 years IT industry experience gained from the basics via Deskside support, Network Engineering, Network Specialisation accumulating in Cisco CCNA, CCDA, CCNP, CCDP, INFOSEC and Cisco security specialisation. His speciality is in Network analysis and troubleshooting and he has been instumental in the development of Europacom's INMS and active monitoring solutions that make the management and support of cusotmer's dispersed sites so efficient. John has worked within large international companies advising from Network design to forensic level protocol and application analysis. He has experience within financial, retail and other major corporate clients together with Public entities including Police authorities, MOD, NHS Trusts and local Councils.

Caroline Parsons - Finance Manager
Caroline has worked for Europacom for 4 years and heads up the financial and personnel departments. She worked for 10 years as Financial Controller for Hogg Robinson Travel in their Corporate Hospitality division and prior to that held various financial accountant positions with several multi national hospitality companies.

Chris Bongard, Head of Sales Development
Chris has been with Europacom for 8 years and has headed projects for new systems implementation, new product development and developing new sales channels for Europacom as well as account managing some of our blue chip clients. Prior to joining the company, Chris was with COLT specialising in product development and management supporting sales and customers with the full portfolio of voice and data products. Chris now heads up the sales team which specialises in Retail, Hospitality, Petrol and Payments Channels.
