Our responsibilities to you

We are an independent company that delivers specialist communications services to business customers across the UK. While we may not provide all the component parts of our services ourselves, we do take responsibility for the services delivered to you. We will liaise with any upstream suppliers to ensure that any problems with their service are resolved promptly.


We follow good practice

Europacom are members of the Federation of Communications Services (FCS) and are compliant with their sponsored Code of Practices.

Europacom adheres to Ofcom and OTELO regulatory requirements and non regulated guidelines. Our code of practice is published below.

Europacom participates in CONSULT 21, BT's consultation process with industry on the direction for next generation services.

Europacom is a member of the Wi-Fi Alliance since 2007.

Europacom is fully compliant in PCI-DSS Service Provider Level 1, the payment card industry standards for secure card payments.


Our Code of Practice

This Code informs you about our products, services and customer-care policies. Our code has been approved by Ofcom, the independent regulator for the UK communications industries for the purposes of section 52 of the Communications Act 2003. Additional printed copies are available on request and free of charge to any small business customer. It is also available in larger print.
