BroadlySpeak.ing is a fully hosted VoIP Service offering full PBX functionality without the need for an expensive on site hardware solution with its associated management and maintenance costs providing a viable cost effective solution as an alternative to installing a PABX.
Once you have broadband connectivity, you generally require no specific hardware except for IP telephone handsets.
Calls are delivered over the broadband connection rather than the traditional PSTN network and calls that are intended for termination with standard phones around the world will 'break-out' of the voice over IP service and join the PSTN from Europacom's core network.
Similarly, inbound calls from the outside world will normally be routed via the BroadlySpeak.ing platform and be delivered to the IP phone over the broadband connection.
BroadlySpeak.ing runs on fully redundant carrier class infrastructure with failover platforms and multiple carrier interconnects offering business grade availability. We host all of the switching equipment so there is no need for local PBX installation minimising support and maintenance costs.

Active monitoring of all lines in use
As with all Europacom services, there is a BroadlySpeak.ing monitoring module that is fully integrated into Europacom's ATLAS Management System providing dedicated reports to check service levels down to individual extensions. This assists with both Estate management and for easy real time diagnostics of the service.
Systems administrator interface
All user settings can be controlled centrally through a web interface, making administration of extensions and control of call routing a simple task.
Individual users can have optional access to their own interface to bespoke their personal settings.
