Well, it’s taken a long time, but finally we have updated our website! www.europacom.net Hopefully it will give you a much greater insight into what we do and our capabilities.

2010 was a year of significant development for the company, with major network projects including the introduction of CWMP which stands for Customer Premises Equipment Wide Area Network Management Protocol – surely one of the longest industry Acronyms there is! More later as to what it does, but in essence it means control of all services at dispersed sites from the core of network which will dramatically reduce provisioning and serviicng costs.

We have also completely rebuilt and upgraded our core network, both from a hosting point of view and increased resilient connectivity.

Finally, we have launched two new major upgrades to existing products. We have implemented a new platform for our Hosted VoIP service, BroadlySpeaking. that makes control of your telephony management and costs so easy.  We have also upgraded our Managed Wi-Fi proposition Aphelion with new Access Point hardware from Ruckus and pretty uniquely, we have introduced a managed central controller service – no need to buy your own expensive hardware when we can offer a secure multi tenanted solution on a per Access Point rental basis.
