High speed, low latency DSL Broadband
The Europacom Broadband network is specifically designed to meet the needs of business customers, especially those that require a fast resilient low latency service to carry out business critical transactions. Europacom’s broadband service connects with fully redundant paths, into the BT 21CN network offering a high speed and low latency broadband service.
Unlike most consumer broadband networks, the Europacom network will not be overloaded or compromised in quality or security. It has been designed to ensure that our customers receive fast, reliable and resilient broadband. Broadband service is available either for closed user group access (without connection to the internet) or with full access to the internet supported if required, with VPN solutions.
It is essential that the management of your broadband service is also supported by Europacom managing the underlying analogue line as well, such that if there is ever a problem, we can see the whole picture to affect a resolution quickly.
As well as standard and Premium ADSL Max packages, faster speeds can be obtained in selected exchanges where ADSL 2+ has been activated. Furthermore, in a limited but increasingly growing number of exchange Fibre To The Cabinet (FTTC) may be available.

DSL broadband with GPRS back up is also available using a mobile data SIM and specialist router that will failover to GPRS in the event that the DSL service is unavailable. Dedicated connectivity for larger businesses
If you wish to connect larger sites where greater bandwidth is required, you may require a dedicated circuit to match your needs. Dedicated circuits can be integrated as apart of an overall Private Wide Area (PWAN) solution working with smaller ADSL circuits.
A dedicated circuit is just as it says – there is no sharing and it operates on a 1:1 contention ratio. Europacom can provide flexible National Ethernet data circuits over a robust 21CN network and the service is highly flexible such that bearer circuits of 10 Mbit/s, 100 Mbit/s or 1Gbit/s can be supplied with flexible bandwidth requirements “tuned on” as required. For example, you may today want a 100Mbit/s circuit but to only utilise 30 Mbit/s initially. As your business requirement grows, the 30 Mbit/s can be expanded at short notice up to in this case, 100 Mbit/s.
National Ethernet is a highly versatile robust dedicated connectivity service providing high availability 24/7.
Satellite broadband
For sites where traditional wired broadband is not available, there are a number of satellite options available providing download speeds of up to 2Mbit/s and upload speeds of up to 1 Mbit/s. Separate services are available based on speed and VPN requirements.
