What is Europacom’s BroadlySpeaking?
BroadlySpeaking is Europacom’s bespoke hosted Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) services solution that provides a cost effective solution as an alternative to installing a new PBX or upgrading an outdated one. BroadlySpeaking harnesses the power and speed of your broadband network to provide business quality voice calls and services. A truly scalable VoIP solution, BroadlySpeaking can be deployed to customer sites ranging in size from small stores to larger Head Office complexes and each site will benefit from free inter site calls.


What does it do?
BroadlySpeaking is a network hosted telephony service that offers your business all the features that you would expect from a PBX system and it can be simply installed wherever there is a broadband connection allowing you to bring cost savings and service benefits to your organisation with very low capital expenditure. Call quality and security is ensured protected by state of the art Session Border Controllers that manage the call set up and signalling with high quality interconnect carriers.  You can be assured of excellent call quality, run over a centralised platform allowing you the flexibility to provide virtually limitless capacity as your business grows even across multi sites.
